This vinyasa practice will eliminate stagnant energy while grounding you through a strong focus on the exhalation. Our main focus will be on fully emptying on the exhale which will connect you to your core and allow for a more vigorous inhale, brining in more prana, more vitatlity. To create a deeper awareness of your prana, (breath or life-force we will play with various styles of pranayama (breathwork) throughout class, kapalabhati, lions roar, viloma pranayama to name a few. The postures will be familiar but the experience will feel like new as we explore our exhale in and invigorating way! *This class is not recommended if you are pregnant
